导师介绍:

从事新型后摩尔微纳半导体光电器件的性能研究,以及亚纳米集成逻辑电路、存储器、智能感知电子芯片的应用开发。在相关领域发表SCI论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表Nature Communications,Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials等高影响力的学术论文15篇,参与授权专利3项和多项海内外科学研究项目。2018年获国家博士研究生奖学金,2019年获上海市优秀毕业生,2020年获中国台湾综合大学系统年轻学者创新研发成果奖。2022年入选上海海外高层次人才引进计划。

招收微电子、集成电路、光学工程、应用物理等相关专业背景的硕士、博士研究生及博士后。


研究方向:

微纳半导体光电器件、高性能存储器、类神经形态计算
